UAS Infrastructure

UAS and underwater ROV inspections gather visual and quantitative data. UAS inspection may include collect GPS, LiDAR or 3D scans to provide a digtal twin. Underwater ROVs can deliver visual inspection as well as SONAR images.

Visual and detailed inspections of roadway and railway bridges is required by FHWA to maintain safe and operational transportation structures. Marshall Visual Inspection Service conducts 3D scans to provide a digital twin model of structure and photo of high reach components such as bearing seat and pads, beam conditions, bracing and other structural items. The purpose of structural inspections is to provide inventory and assessment of bridge conditions and alert to any existing potential failure.

BRIDGE VISUAL INSPECTION

Tower Visual Inspections utilizing routine UAS flights will provide detailed images at high altitudes. UAS can capture close-up images of bolted connections, wire shielding, structural steel welds or just inventory the asset. The 3D model is twin scan with each photo taken mapped/referenced on the 3D image. No need to send a climber onto the towers until physical repairs or upgrade are required.

COMMUNICATION TOWERS VISUAL

High Mast Structure Inspection collects data concerning Rush due to loss of galvanization, Stress cracks in steel, missing or damaged lighting componentsn. Routine UAS inspections have proven to reduce the need for climbers to ascend the mast for visual inspections.

HIGH MAST LIGHTING

Routine Powerline Inspection are essential between each pole and including each power pole for damage, missing and aging equipment.

POWERLINE ROUTE

Transmission tower inspections are essential to protecting electrical corridors. Marshall Visual Inspection Service will provide detailed visual and thermal inspection of towers, Right-of-Ways, multiple component assessments or cable inspection. All inspections are to protect people, equipment and client’s assets and prevent electrical power failure.

POWER TRANSMISSION TOWERS

Roof inspections can locate and help prevent further damage to your assets. Additionally, provide roof surface measurements, and Marshall Insp Svcs will soon provide thermal (infrared) imaging.

ROOF INSPECTIONS

Texas waterways have many areas along their banks that are inaccessible. Often times heavy rain events cause extreme bank erosion. Some areas of erosion endanger community assets, such as bridges, water towers, creek confluence riprap. Utilizing routine UAS inspections the inaccessible erosion can be reached, mapped and repairs can be scheduled, thereby protecting critical assets.
